My weirdness in writing...

Friday, I had planned to have Korean dinner with Paul, but then i heard of the chance to have Sushi dinner with the exchange students. So I cancelled on Paul =P, he says Sushi is too expensive for him. So he was "sad" and said he would ask someone else and have lotsa FUN without me. And my selfish self, asked if I could call him incase the sushi is cancelled to have dinner with him. Sushi ends up being partially cancelled b/c the girl who knew where the restaurant was couldnt make it, and 2 others decided not to come. It was me, Peter and Tung left. I really thought we wouldnt go, so I called Paul and told him that Sushi is probably cancelled cuz we dunno where to go. He jokes around and says that God luvs him and he already found someone else to eat with...grrr =P But he does give me some instructions to a sushi place farther away... I end up meeting Peter and Tung, thinking they wont want to go searching for the sushi place... but in fact they did. We got on the bus and got off at the Wanfang Hospital station. We kept asking people, but they didnt understand when we said "su shi"... one was like... "yeah su shi.... HAMBURGER~" we were like NO~~~... hahah... then when we said Japanese, they understood... Maybe our chinese pronouciation is really bad =P We did find the restaurant and had good food =)... after Paul calls me and tells me his dinner didnt taste good, and i told him God luvs me too, cuz I did get to eat sushi.... so stupid... i'm sure u guys reading this do not think this is entertaining to read =P After dinner, we went to Mao Kong and had expensive tea... and this time the view overlooking the city was very beautiful... we even saw the 101 building. =)

*sigh*... I am already thinking about how I will miss the exchange students...
Week of April 19-28

lotsa long chats at night with Paul...about life...he's similar to me... back in Korea, he had so much church life... but here he is learning more that a life for God must be everywhere, all the time... not just at church... but its still a struggle... i feel like i am sooo lacking here...

met this guy named Winston from golf, who heard me speaking English and decided to introduce himself. Wonder if he would have spoke to me if I was just another local student eh? =P but its ok... cuz hes cute =)

this guy Raymond was also very interested to meet me b/c my English sounds better than the Europeans... I think he wants to practice more with Americans, but then Canadians are also ok... and its so weird how on msn he would tell me things like... "hey i heard you like to go jogging and eat sushi..." and I would be thinking. how would u know? I have just met you like once! AHHH~~... then he'd tell me he he was talkin to my exchange friends at the dorm that night, and he heard those details about me... but that still makes me feel WEIRD~.

had to go to the National Palace museum to help my friends friend practice English... he is a nice guy... just girly and too polite... kinda creeps me out sometimes... cuz he has the longest nails... =P...
but all he wants is to practice speaking... but his english is really bad =P... like some words he doesnt know... he would say in chinese... and i would have to tell him the English word... and my Chinese is not that good. so i had to be patient... and he kept asking me if i was bored with him... but i couldnt say yes =P... ahhhh im so mean... hehehe...

jogging with my m-commerce class was fun (the m-com guys came cuz our professor kept telling them about how they should do more excercise and not just sit in their computer labs)... it was me and 6 other guys : Tung (Kung Fu Finnish Vietnamese guy), Stanley, Tony, Anson, and 2 new friends (local students) and guess what? one asked me to learn more... we jogged sooo far down the other side of the river... it was so funny because half of them were not dressed to job, but they still came... and i told them its painful while running, but it feels great after... =) At first they thought we were just doing laps around the track, but then we said we were running to like Muzha ( 5KM away) and they were shocked... but actually i run only halfway usually. This time we went really far, even though only Tung and this new friend actually jogged the whole time. It was a lotta fun, cuz we were all struggling to make it back... the 10:30 pm jog ended at 12 =P... and we may go next time again =)
